This privacy notice sets out how PAMIS uses and protects any personal information that you give us. We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected.

 

What we collect

If you have registered to receive support from us we will have collected your contact details including your name, email address, telephone number and postal address.

If you register to receive mailings from us we will collect your name and the email address that you wish our mailings to be sent to.

 

What we do with the information we gather

If you have registered to receive support from us your details may be used to contact and support you. We will also contact you to let you know about funding that is available, events, campaigns supporting your family and the latest PAMIS news.

If you are a practitioner or paid carer working in or have an interest in this area of practice, and have subscribed to find out about training, policy, campaigns and our latest news, we will use the email address you have provided to send electronic notification updates.

PAMIS will not share your personal information with any third parties unless we are required by law to do so and we do not share with third party marketers.

In all cases, we balance our legitimate interest against your rights as an individual and make sure we only use personal information in a way or for a purpose that you would reasonably expect in accordance with this Privacy Notice and that does not intrude on your privacy or expressed mailing preferences.

 

Where we store your personal data

The data we collect from you is stored on a secure Microsoft cloud supported by BrightSkye IT Services based in the UK and complying with General Data Protection Regulation.

 

Retention Periods

Personal Data shall be processed and stored for as long as required by the purpose they have been collected for.

Therefore: Personal Data collected for purposes related to the support of our families shall be retained while this service is in place. Personal Data collected for the purposes of the Owner’s legitimate interests shall be retained as long as needed to fulfill such purposes.

We will retain Personal Data for a longer period whenever families has given consent to such processing, as long as such consent is not withdrawn. Furthermore, PAMIS may be obliged to retain Personal Data for a longer period whenever required to do so for the performance of a legal obligation or upon order of an authority.

Once the retention period expires, Personal Data shall be deleted. Therefore, the right to access, the right to erasure, the right to rectification and the right to data portability cannot be enforced after expiration of the retention period.
