1.  Warm Pool booked for PAMIS families – Wednesday, 28^th February from 2.30-3.30pm.  (sorry I will not be in attendance this week)
2. Music with David, FSharp Music 1:1 or a group setting every Wednesday from 10.30/11am/11.30/12noon at Parkgate Community Centre, Rosyth.  10 week block until 1^st May.
3. Yoga for Carers on Zoom – 29^th February at 10am – and every Thursday on Zoom
4. PAMIS Inclusive Art Club (all ages) – Saturday 2^nd March from 1-4pm at Glenrothes Art Club (see flyer).  This month the theme is ‘Ceramic Painting’.  flyer feb to april 2024 dates
5. Mindfulness Writing Sessions for Family Carers – Tuesday 5 March – 11am-12.30pm (plus Tues 12, 19 and 26 March) – on Zoom.  See attached flyer for more info.  Led by writer Linda Cracknell, these are really lovely sessions, which families have found very enjoyable, relaxing and beneficial, when we have run them previously.  Do have a think about signing up for them…
6. 16^th March – Friendship Club at Maxwell Centre, Cowdenbeath.  11-1pm.  Silje will host a multi-sensory storytelling session.
7. Saturday, 30^th March – St Andrews Botanic Gardens Activity day from 11am till 3pm.  Obama the pony will be there and lots more.  A separate flyer will be sent out soon with booking details.
