This document has been prepared by the PAMIS SDS Team to help families who need information about SDS.

There is a section devoted to information that came from the Empowering Conversations events that families attended. This section will be particularly useful for family carers who did not manage to attend the Empowering Conversation events as it goes through much of what was covered on the days. Having tips on how to get the most out of meetings and the importance of preparing well  is really useful.
