Jennifer Campbell

Hi there, I’m Jen, the Self-Directed Support Project Worker for the Greater Glasgow and Clyde and South Lanarkshire areas for PAMIS.

My role is to support people and their family carers with Self-Directed Support (SDS), whilst also monitoring the implementation of SDS in each of my areas, highlighting any concerns that might affect people with PMLD and their family carers. In addition, I facilitate SDS related workshops, carry out SDS related research and assist in the development of Digital Passports for families, so that these valuable resources can be used during the SDS assessment process to help explain the needs of the person with PMLD and the needs of their family carers.

My background upon graduation was in Finance before I developed into the area of Welfare Benefits and Money Advice, which has all been very useful for my work in SDS!

Outside of work my interests include:
being a self-confessed bookworm who drinks unhealthy amounts of tea; learning meditation and yoga, whilst trying not to be distracted by my ever-attention seeking cat and spending time with family and friends.
